For Sale – Tahlequah House Details

We had to move to Illinois and we left our house in Tahlequah, OK and have put in on the Real Estate Market for a really good price and have since lowered the price to $65,000. Wow what a price.

We were in the process of remodeling the entire house when we moved. I know the market is in a low spot right now, but this house is priced to sell. Someone could buy the house and make a few improvements and sell for a good profit when the market rebounds.

All of the rooms with the exception of the kitchen has new paint including the ceilings.

This house located in Tahlequah, OK is approximately 970 sq ft and is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house on a 1/4 acre. Many improvements have been made, more still needed.

You may contact my Realtor anytime to schedule a showing.

What a Fiasco

As some of you know, the dryer at our new place doesn’t work, we told the landlord and he had us go to CraigsList to find a good used one in our area. Rachel did just that and e-mailed him the list. None of those panned out. So our landlord found one to his liking and had it delivered tonight.

This is where the fiasco starts for the day. So what does a $225.00 used dryer look like? Well, it is covered in some grease substance, you have to turn it on with a pair of pliers, it takes 15 minutes to heat up and there is NO lint screen. Needless to say, he left, with his dryer.

I think in the long run we saved him some money and us some frustration.

Moving, but still in Yorkville

We are in the process of moving. I really dislike doing it again. It has only been seven months since our last move. At least this one is in the same city. Pictures of the new place are coming soon.

Vex Robotics

Everyone knows I love to build things that have a purpose. Rachel got me a Vex Radio Control Starter Bundle for Christmas. In a couple of days I had it built and running and now looking to expand on the Vex.

The basic kit that I got uses a signal splitter instead of a micro controller. With the splitter can control six channels on the radio controller. Vex comes with four motors, several wheels, hardware to build one of the two planned bots, signal splitter, VEX Robotics Design System Transmitter and Receiver Add-On Kitand a battery holder.

This is not the set that I got, but this is another one from the same manufacture. This Revell Vexplorer Robotics Systemis expandable with servos, motors or other devices and should be cross platform compatible. Just check the label before you buy.
